Terms of service

Kuizoo (kuizoo.com) lets teachers set and mark homework, quizzes and worksheets for their students, and lets teachers and event organizers host live quiz games that people join from their own phones. It is operated from Malaysia.

• You need an account to teach, learn or host. Guests joining a game or handing in with a homework code do not.
• Give a real name and an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself. What happens under your login is your responsibility; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• Student accounts should be created with the knowledge of the school, teacher or parent. Students never pay.
• One person, one account. We may close duplicate accounts.

• Everything you make or upload on Kuizoo stays yours: classes, quizzes, worksheets, photos, logos and students' work.
• You give us permission to store, display and process it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with.
• Only upload material you have the right to use. Worksheet photos and logos must be yours or licensed to you.
• The ready-made quizzes and worksheets in Kuizoo's library are ours. You may use copies of them freely within Kuizoo for teaching and events, but not sell or republish them elsewhere.

Do not use Kuizoo to:

• bully, harass or demean anyone, including through nicknames or answers in a live game;
• post anything unlawful, hateful, sexual or dangerous, or anything aimed at children that is not suitable for them;
• collect other people's personal data without their permission;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around limits and billing.

Teachers and organizers are responsible for what they put in front of their own classes and guests. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Quizzes written by Kuizoo's AI are drafts. They are generated by a language model and can contain mistakes. Always check a quiz before using it with students or guests. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.

• The Free plan has no time limit. Its limits are shown on the pricing page.
• New teacher and organizer accounts get a 7-day Kuizoo Pro trial with no card required. When it ends the account moves to Free; nothing you made is lost.
• Kuizoo Pro costs RM22.9 a month or RM199 a year, and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time from your plan page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payments are taken.
• If a renewal payment fails we will tell you and retry for a few days before the account moves to Free.
• Coupon codes give free Pro time, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

If something is wrong with Kuizoo Pro and we cannot fix it, or you were charged by mistake, email luxlabsio@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Otherwise payments are not refunded for part of a period you have already used.

We work hard to keep Kuizoo up, especially during live games, but we cannot promise it will never go down. We may change or retire features, and we will give notice where we can for anything that affects how you work.

Kuizoo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data that you could have exported, or problems caused by things outside our control. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

You can stop using Kuizoo at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing luxlabsio@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where that is reasonable.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on this page and, for anything significant, by email; continuing to use Kuizoo after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
